Privacy Policy

Last updated October 10, 2026

We do not sell your information.

We are a junk removal company, not a data company. We ask for what we need to quote your job and show up at the right address, and we use it to do the work. If we ever send you an offer or an update, you can tell us to stop and we will.

1. Who We Are

This policy applies to CNC Junk Removal LLC (“CNC Junk Removal,” “we,” “us”) and to the website at cncjunkremoval.com. We are based at 1350 E McKellips Rd, Mesa, AZ 85203, and we serve the Phoenix metropolitan area.

If you have a question about anything on this page, email clean@cncjunkremoval.com or call (480) 660-9395.

2. Information You Give Us

Almost everything we know about you is something you typed into a form, texted us, or told us on the phone. There are two forms on this site.

The quote form asks for your name, phone number, the city you are in, and optionally your email address, how soon you need the job done, a description of what you want hauled, and up to three photos.

The booking form asks for the same information plus your street address and ZIP code, your preferred date and time window, the list of items you selected, and any notes you add. It also sends along the price estimate the site calculated from your item list.

If you call, text, or email us instead, we have whatever you chose to tell us that way — typically your phone number, your address, and what the job involves.

If you apply for a job through our careers page, or enter a giveaway we run, we have the contact information you submitted for that purpose.

3. What Happens to a Form Submission

This is the part most privacy policies are vague about, so here is exactly how it works.

When you submit the quote or booking form, the site emails it to us and nothing else. The form data is not written to a database, a spreadsheet, a storage bucket, or a log file. There is no customer database behind this website. Your submission lives in our email inbox the same way it would if you had emailed us directly.

The email is delivered by Resend, our email provider. If you gave us an email address, we also send you one confirmation message so you have a record of what you asked for.

We do keep technical records of whether an email was delivered or failed, so we can tell when a lead did not reach us. Those records contain the outcome and the error, never the contents of your submission.

4. Photos You Send Us

Photos are the fastest way for us to price a job, so the forms accept them and plenty of customers text them to us as well. A photo you send becomes an attachment on the email that reaches us.

Please be aware that photos taken inside a home often show more than the junk. Send only what you are comfortable with us seeing, and feel free to crop or describe the items in words instead.

We do not publish a customer photo on our website, our social media, or anywhere else without asking you first. The photos in our gallery are our own crew photos of completed work.

5. Information Collected Automatically

Like nearly every website, ours records some information about visits without anyone typing it in.

Server logs. Our host, Vercel, records standard web server information for each request: the IP address, the browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. This is how hosting works and how abuse and outages get diagnosed.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which cities they come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a shortened version of your IP address. We use it to understand traffic patterns, not to identify you.

Ahrefs Web Analytics. A second, simpler traffic counter that records page views without setting cookies.

OpenAI conversion pixel. A measurement script that records when a visitor submits one of our forms, so we can tell which referral sources actually produce customers.

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Our host also counts page views without cookies, and measures how fast pages load on real devices so we can fix slow ones.

We do not use advertising retargeting pixels, session recording, heat mapping, or keystroke logging on this site.

6. Cookies and How to Turn Them Off

The only cookies this site sets are the Google Analytics ones described above. We do not use cookies to log you in, because there is nothing to log into, and we do not use them to follow you around the internet.

You can stop analytics cookies in any of these ways:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Install Google’s own Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Use a browser or extension that sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or that blocks trackers by default.

Turning cookies off does not break anything. The quote and booking forms work fine without them.

7. How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us for these purposes and no others:

  • To price your job and send you a quote.
  • To schedule the pickup and get the crew to the right address.
  • To contact you about that job — confirming, rescheduling, or asking a question.
  • To send you a receipt or invoice, and to collect payment for work performed.
  • To answer a question you asked us.
  • To respond to a review or a complaint.
  • To understand which pages and services visitors are interested in.
  • To send you offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services by email or text, where you have agreed to receive them or the law otherwise allows it. Section 11 explains how to stop these at any time.
  • To meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

8. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your personal information. Not to lead brokers, not to other contractors, not to anyone.

We do not send you anything you cannot stop. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. See email preferences.

We do not share your address or job details with other companies for their own marketing.

9. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the companies that help us run the business, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Vercel — hosts the website, processes the server logs described above, and runs its own page-view and page-speed measurement.
  • Resend — delivers the form submission to our inbox and the confirmation to yours.
  • Google and Ahrefs — receive the analytics data described above. OpenAI receives the conversion events from its pixel.
  • Our email and phone providers — carry the messages and calls between us.
  • Our payment processor — handles card payments when you pay by card. We do not store your card number.
  • Our crew — gets your name, address, phone number, and the job details, because they are the people doing the work.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it — a subpoena, a court order, or a legal obligation — or if we need to protect someone’s safety or defend our rights. If the business is ever sold, customer records would transfer with it.

10. Giveaways and Promotions

When we run a giveaway, entries come in through the social media platform we are running it on, and that platform’s own privacy policy covers what happens on their side. We see the public entry activity and, for a potential winner, the contact information needed to reach them.

A winner has to give us the information required to award the prize, which may include their full name, mailing address, and the tax information we are legally required to collect for a prize of significant value. If a prize is fulfilled by another company — for example a travel certificate issued through a third-party booking service — we pass that company the details it needs to issue the prize in the winner’s name.

Entering a giveaway does not sign you up for anything. See the official rules of the specific giveaway for its full terms.

11. Marketing, Texts, and Phone Calls

If you text us a photo or a question, we have your phone number and that conversation in our phone’s message history. If you call, we may have your number in our call log.

Messages about your job. We email and text customers about their own jobs — confirming a window, letting you know the crew is on the way, sending a receipt. These are part of the service you asked for.

Marketing messages. We may also send offers, seasonal reminders, and news about our services. We send marketing texts only to people who have agreed to receive them, and marketing email only where you have agreed or the law otherwise allows it. Message and data rates may apply to texts, and message frequency varies.

Stopping them. Reply STOP to any text from us and the texts stop. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email and the marketing email stops. You can also just email or call us and say so. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages about a job you have actually booked, and it does not affect the service you get.

12. How Long We Keep Things

Quote and booking emails stay in our inbox as business records. We keep completed job records, invoices, and payment records as long as our tax, accounting, and insurance obligations require, which is generally several years.

Analytics data is kept by Google and Ahrefs according to the retention settings on our accounts with them.

If you asked for a quote and never hired us, there is no system keeping that record alive. It is just an old email, and you can ask us to delete it.

13. Your Choices and Requests

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email clean@cncjunkremoval.com or call (480) 660-9395, and tell us what you want done.

We honor these requests whether or not a privacy law requires us to. We may need to keep certain records — a paid invoice, for instance — where tax or insurance rules require it, and we will tell you if that applies.

We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not treat you differently as a customer for making one. We may need to confirm you are who you say you are before we hand over or delete information, which usually means replying from the email address or phone number already on the job.

14. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. The forms go straight to email rather than into a database, which means there is no customer database on this website to be breached.

Our email accounts are protected with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication. That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security. Please do not send us sensitive information we never need — a Social Security number, a bank login, or a card number by email or text.

15. Children

This site is meant for adults hiring a junk removal service, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

16. Links to Other Sites

We link out to other websites — Google reviews, city and county disposal pages, charities we donate to, and the social platforms we post on. Once you follow one of those links, that site’s privacy policy governs what happens there, not ours.

17. Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle information, we update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so plainly here rather than quietly editing a sentence.
