Junk hauling built around Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley is Arizona's premier residential town — 16 square miles of custom estates wrapped around Camelback and Mummy Mountains. Every job here has unique access challenges: hillside driveways, long private roads, guard-staffed gates, and architectural homes where one scuffed wall is a real problem. We send our most experienced crews to PV and never bring a trainee on a first visit.
We routinely handle estate downsizing, casita and pool-house cleanouts, designer remodel debris, and discreet whole-property resets for PV homeowners. Our trucks are clean, our uniforms are clean, and our crews understand that NDAs and confidentiality are part of the work in this zip code.

Paradise Valley pricing factors
Priced by how much of our 20-cubic-yard trailer your load fills — single-item curbside is $99, then $249 for 1/8, $399 for 2/8, $699 for 4/8, all the way up to $1,299 full.
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, and large appliances add a flat specialty fee, never an hourly charge.
Standard driveway pickup is included. Long carries (200+ ft) or multi-flight stairs may add a small fee — always quoted upfront.
Hazardous-adjacent items (fridges with refrigerant, tube TVs) carry the actual facility fee, no markup.
What's different about junk removal in Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley has no town trash collection at all
This is the most commonly misunderstood thing about Paradise Valley, and it changes the entire calculus. The Town of Paradise Valley does not provide residential solid waste or recycling collection. It never has. Instead, residents and HOAs subscribe directly to licensed private haulers and negotiate their own frequency, scope and price — a genuine free-market arrangement unusual in the Valley.
The Town has been evaluating a move to a single contracted hauler covering roughly 5,600 homes, which would replace that free-market system. Confirm the current arrangement with the Town before assuming anything, because this has been actively under discussion.
The practical consequence for a cleanout is simple: there is no municipal bulk trash window to wait for, and the advice we give in Mesa or Phoenix — check whether your free city pickup is close before paying anyone — has no equivalent here. Your options are whatever your private hauler's contract includes for bulk, or a removal crew. That is worth knowing before you plan around a pickup that does not exist.
Working on Paradise Valley properties
Paradise Valley is almost entirely large-lot, high-value residential, and the work reflects that. Properties around Camelback Country Club, Cheney Estates, Clearwater Hills, Tatum Foothills and Mummy Mountain sit on substantial acreage with long private driveways, mature landscaping and, frequently, hillside terrain.
Long carries are the norm rather than the exception. Where a truck can park and where the material actually sits are often a considerable distance apart, and on hillside properties that distance includes elevation. This is real crew time and we identify it in the quote rather than discovering it on arrival.
Property protection is the other defining requirement. Custom stonework, finished driveways, mature landscaping and interior finishes are all genuinely expensive to repair, so these jobs run with floor protection, smaller equipment and more hands than raw volume would suggest. The job mix skews to estate work, post-remodel debris, hot tub and spa removals, and seasonal-residence clearouts. Privacy matters to a lot of these households, and we treat it accordingly — unmarked coordination where asked, and no photographs of a property published without explicit permission.
Common questions from Paradise Valley customers
Yes — $2M general liability with COIs issued in advance to any property manager, builder, or HOA who requires one.
Absolutely. Discretion is standard on every PV job. We don't photograph the property, don't post about jobs, and crews sign confidentiality agreements when requested.
Yes — we send the right truck for the access. For Clearwater Hills, Cheney Estates, and Mummy Mountain homes we often shuttle loads with a smaller truck up to a larger trailer at the bottom.
Most Valley addresses get same-day or next-day service. Book before noon and we'll usually be there before dinner.
Single-item curbside pickup starts at $99. Beyond that we price by volume — every 1/8 of our 20-yard dump trailer adds $150, up to $1,299 for a full load. Text us a photo and we'll lock in your flat price in about 24 hours.
We can't haul hazardous materials, paint, motor oil, propane tanks, or asbestos. We'll point you to the right Arizona disposal site for those.
