Office Cleanouts in Mesa & the Phoenix Metro
After-hours. Zero disruption.

Cubicles, desks, chairs, filing cabinets, IT equipment. We work nights and weekends to keep your operation running.

About our office cleanout service

Whether you're downsizing your Phoenix office footprint, moving to a new building, or closing a suite entirely, CNC clears commercial spaces without interrupting your operations. We work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts — your team comes in Monday to an empty floor or a fresh layout.

Cubicles, modular workstations (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth), conference tables, desks, ergonomic chairs, filing cabinets, copiers, server racks, breakroom appliances — we handle the full scope. IT equipment is routed to certified Arizona e-waste recyclers; we'll document chain of custody for compliance.

We carry $2M general liability insurance and provide COI to property managers in advance. Our crews know how to navigate loading docks, freight elevators, badge-access floors, and after-hours building protocols across downtown Phoenix, the Camelback Corridor, North Scottsdale, and Tempe Town Lake.

How office cleanouts work

  1. 1
    Walkthrough + COI

We tour the suite, scope cubicles vs. furniture vs. IT, and pre-file COI with the building.

  2. 2
    Schedule off-hours

Evening, weekend, or overnight crews so your business doesn't stop.

  3. 3
    Systematic clear

Workstations disassembled, IT logged and removed, breakroom and storage emptied.

  4. 4
    Broom-clean turnover

Suite delivered turnover-ready for the next tenant or landlord inspection.

What affects office cleanout pricing in Mesa

Square footage

Priced per sq ft and per workstation count. 5,000-10,000 sq ft is our sweet spot.

After-hours premium

Evening and weekend work carries a modest premium vs. weekday standard hours.

IT volume

Heavy IT removal (server racks, 50+ workstations) priced by load and certified-disposal fees.

Building access

Loading dock and freight elevator access keeps cost low. Stairs-only or restricted hours add time.

Office Cleanouts in Arizona: local know-how

  • 🌵Most Phoenix Class A buildings require 48-hour COI lead time and freight elevator reservations — book early.
  • 🌵Cubicle resale on the Phoenix market is strong; we can route used systems to local resellers vs. landfill.
  • 🌵Arizona e-waste compliance documentation matters for SOC2 / HIPAA tenants — we provide it on every IT haul.

The data problem nobody budgets for

Every closing office contains records nobody has looked at in years: personnel files, customer information, signed contracts, tax documents, and in regulated industries, medical or financial data. None of it should leave in a general junk load, and the obligation does not end because the lease does.

Paper with personal or financial information goes to a certified shredding vendor that issues a certificate of destruction. Hard drives are the same problem in a smaller package — deleting files does not remove data, and drives need physical destruction or certified wiping with documentation. The commonly forgotten ones are inside copiers and multifunction printers, which store images of everything scanned through them.

Sort into keep, shred and discard before the crew arrives. Sorting while a crew waits is the most expensive way to do it, and the pressure of a waiting truck is exactly how a box of personnel files ends up in the wrong pile.

Cubicle systems are a teardown, not a lift

Panel-based systems furniture — Herman Miller, Steelcase, Haworth, Knoll and their imitators — is engineered to lock together into a rigid structure. It does not lift out. It comes apart in a specific order, and forcing that order binds and damages the panels.

The sequence is consistent: work surfaces and overhead bins first, then pedestals and file drawers, then the electrical raceway at the panel base, then panel-to-panel connectors, then the panels themselves. A large floor can take a full day of teardown before meaningful volume leaves the building, which is the single most underestimated part of a commercial cleanout timeline.

The electrical is not optional. Panel systems carry powered raceways fed from a building whip, and that connection must be disconnected by a licensed electrician — not by a crew with a screwdriver. Arranging that in advance is routinely the difference between a job that finishes and one that stops at noon.

Get the building's requirements before the date

In any managed commercial building, the property manager controls access, and their requirements decide the schedule more than the volume does. The most common is a certificate of insurance naming the building owner and management company as additional insured at specific coverage minimums, which takes a day or two to issue.

Freight elevators are reserved rather than first-come, and need protective padding installed before anything moves. Loading docks are scheduled and frequently shared with regular deliveries. Many buildings push heavy or noisy work outside business hours out of consideration for other tenants, and some require a building engineer present or background-checked crews.

None of that prevents a job. All of it takes days to arrange, and every one of them is a reason a cleanout slips a week. Call the property manager as soon as you have a target date, ask what they need from a removal contractor, and send it over — that single call removes most of the risk from a commercial clear.
