01. How scheduling actually works
Most requests start with a photo. Text us what you've got and roughly where it's sitting — garage, driveway, kitchen — and we'll get a flat price back within about 24 hours, often the same day during business hours. From there, most Valley addresses get same-day or next-day pickup once booked.
You don't need to be home for a driveway or garage pickup as long as we have access instructions. For anything inside the house, we ask that an adult be present to walk us through and confirm what's going.

03. What recycling looks like on our end
Steel and aluminum components from appliances are almost fully recyclable once refrigerant is properly recovered from fridges, freezers, and AC units. We route scrap-only appliances to metal recyclers around the Valley instead of a straight landfill trip, which keeps the actual tonnage headed to a dump lower than people expect from a junk removal company.
If an appliance still works and is reasonably current, it goes to a charity partner instead — a working dryer helps a family a lot more than it helps a scrap yard.

Single appliance pickup starts at $149, flat rate. Multiple appliances in the same trip are priced by how much space they take up in our trailer — every eighth of the trailer adds $150, up to $1,299 for a completely full load, so a fridge-and-washer combo is rarely double the single-item price.
05. What to prep before we arrive
A little prep on your end makes the pickup faster. Empty and defrost refrigerators, drain washer drums, and disconnect gas lines on gas dryers before we get there — we don't handle gas line disconnection ourselves for safety reasons.
