The two biggest variables are access and item type. A couch sitting in the driveway loads faster than one buried behind three years of storage totes in a garage. Mattresses, box springs, and Freon-containing appliances like fridges and window units carry a small disposal surcharge because Arizona routes them to specific recycling streams instead of standard landfill.

Most household items are fair game — furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, yard debris, exercise equipment, old toys, and general garage or shed contents. If it's heavy or awkward, that's usually exactly the kind of job we like, since most homeowners can't move a dead washer or a sectional couch solo.
