01. What counts as construction debris
- Drywall, plaster, lath
- Lumber, dimensional framing, plywood, OSB
- Tile, grout, stone slab cut-offs
- Flooring: LVP, carpet, pad, hardwood, laminate
- Cabinets, countertops, vanities (Corian, laminate, granite)
- Windows, doors, trim
- Roofing tear-off (asphalt shingles, underlayment)
- Insulation (batt and blown)
- Concrete chunks (small quantities — bulk concrete is a separate scope)
02. What we won't haul
Asbestos-containing materials (any pre-1985 popcorn ceiling, pipe wrap, or vinyl tile that hasn't been tested), lead-painted materials, untreated medical or biohazard waste, and bulk hazardous chemicals (paint thinner, solvents, motor oil). For asbestos, you need a licensed abatement contractor and a manifest — not a junk truck.
03. Pricing for construction debris haul-off
Same flat-rate truck-volume pricing as residential — but the truck fills faster because C&D debris is denser. A typical kitchen demo fills 1/3 to 1/2 of our trailer; a full bathroom remodel runs 1/4 to 1/3.
- 1/4 truck (kitchen island + flooring): $329
- 1/3 truck (full bathroom demo): $399
- 1/2 truck (kitchen + bath demo): $549
- Full truck (whole-house remodel debris): $795
- Multi-truck (full tear-out, addition demo): $1,500+
04. How to stage a job for fastest haul
If you're a contractor, the cheapest haul is the one where we walk in, load, and walk out in under 90 minutes. That means: stack drywall in flat layers, keep nail-out lumber in one pile, bag insulation, and separate carpet rolls. We do the sort/stage on residential jobs at no extra cost, but pre-staged commercial jobs get a tighter quote.
05. Where the debris goes
Wood goes to C&D recycling at Salt River Landfill or the Mesa transfer station. Metal scrap goes to certified Phoenix-area recyclers. Concrete and aggregate go to crushing facilities for road base reuse. Drywall is sent to gypsum recycling where the facility accepts it; otherwise C&D landfill. Cabinets and reusable fixtures get offered to Habitat ReStore or Stardust Building Supplies first.
- Kitchen demo debris: $329–$549 typical
- Full-house remodel haul-off: $795–$1,500+
- Asbestos and lead-painted materials require an abatement contractor
- Pre-staged jobs price tighter than mixed piles
- Maximum diversion via Salt River and Mesa transfer stations
Common questions
Yes — booked before noon, same-day across Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, and Gilbert. Outer cities get next-day.
Yes. We carry $2M general liability and issue COIs to GCs, property managers, and HOAs free of charge.
No. Anything with potential asbestos requires a licensed abatement contractor and a disposal manifest. We can refer one.
Small quantities yes — driveway-corner chunks, footings, broken stepping stones. Bulk concrete from a slab demo is a separate scope; we'll quote with a 10-yard concrete-only load.
It's denser and heavier, so the truck fills faster. Pricing is the same flat-rate-by-volume model, just expect to hit a bigger volume tier quicker.
