Construction Debris Removal in Phoenix
Site clean. Crew gone.
Post-renovation cleanup of drywall, lumber, flooring, tile, concrete chunks, and packaging. We coordinate with your GC.
About our construction debris removal service
Renting a 20-yard dumpster for a kitchen remodel means a permit, $400+ for a week, parking-space surrender, and you still load it yourself. CNC is the faster alternative for Phoenix remodels — we show up after each phase, load the debris, haul it to the right facility, and you keep working.
We coordinate with general contractors, kitchen and bath remodelers, flooring crews, and DIY homeowners across the Valley. Drywall, lumber, demo flooring (tile, hardwood, LVP), cabinets, countertops, packaging, broken concrete, roofing tear-off — we know what each material costs at the recycler and quote accordingly.
For active multi-week job sites, we offer per-day or per-load pricing so the site stays clean, safe, and on-schedule without dumpster permits or HOA pushback.
What's included
- ✓Job-site safety awareness — OSHA-aware crews
- ✓Concrete & masonry capable up to trailer weight limits
- ✓Per-load or per-day pricing for active job sites
- ✓Recycled at certified AZ construction-recycling facilities
- ✓Cleaner alternative to a 20-yard dumpster for small/medium jobs
How it works
- 1Job-site walkthrough
We tour the site, identify materials, and quote per-load or per-day pricing.
- 2Phased pickups
We come back at demo, framing, and finish stages — site stays clean throughout.
- 3Material-specific routing
Concrete to masonry recyclers, metal to scrap, drywall to certified C&D facilities.
- 4Final site clean
End-of-job sweep and haul to leave the property turnover-ready.
What we take
- ●Drywall, lumber, plywood, OSB
- ●Demo flooring: tile, hardwood, LVP, carpet, pad
- ●Cabinets, countertops (laminate, granite, quartz)
- ●Broken concrete and masonry (within trailer weight limits)
- ●Roofing tear-off (shingles, underlayment)
- ●Packaging, cardboard, jobsite trash
- ✕Asbestos-containing materials (requires licensed abatement)
- ✕Lead-paint debris from pre-1978 homes (special handling)
- ✕Hazardous solvents, paint, or stripping chemicals
What affects the price
Drywall and lumber are lighter and cheaper. Concrete, tile, and roofing tear-off carry weight-based pricing.
Per-load (1/4, 1/2, full trailer) or per-day flat rate for active job sites.
Driveway loading is fastest. Backyard or upstairs jobsites add time.
Multi-visit jobs get a rolling rate; single end-of-project hauls priced standard.
Arizona local know-how
- 🌵Maricopa County requires C&D debris over a certain weight to be routed to certified construction-recycling facilities — we handle the manifest.
- 🌵Phoenix HOAs frequently issue violations for dumpsters left on driveways — same-day hauling avoids the fine.
- 🌵Concrete recycling is cheaper per ton in Phoenix than landfill — we route it that way by default.
Construction debris separates better than almost anything else
Renovation waste is the best-case recycling scenario, because it arrives already sorted by material rather than mixed by a household. Clean concrete, block and masonry can be crushed and reused as aggregate. Scrap metal — ductwork, pipe, rebar, framing connectors, old fixtures — has real value. Clean dimensional lumber and untreated wood have their own route. Cardboard from packaging separates easily.
Drywall is the awkward one. It is recyclable in principle, but it is heavy, it degrades when wet, and the gypsum has to be free of paint, joint compound contamination and backing to be worth processing. In practice most renovation drywall is disposed of rather than recycled, and anyone claiming otherwise is overstating.
The gain from separating is not only environmental. Dense clean material like concrete is handled and charged differently from mixed debris, so a job where the concrete is already in its own pile prices better than one where it is buried in a mixed heap.
The hazard that has to be ruled out first
In buildings constructed before roughly 1980, asbestos is a genuine possibility in popcorn ceilings, floor tile and its adhesive, pipe and duct insulation, some roofing and siding, and certain joint compounds. Disturbed asbestos is a serious health hazard, and it is not something a hauling crew can assess by eye.
If a property is that era and the material is suspect, it needs testing before demolition, not after. Asbestos abatement is licensed work under its own regulations, performed before general debris removal. We will not knowingly load suspect material, and a contractor who shrugs at the question is one to avoid.
Lead paint is the companion issue in the same era of building, and it matters most when sanding or demolition produces dust. Neither of these is a reason to panic about an older home — they are a reason to test before a crew starts swinging at a ceiling, and to sequence the work so the specialist goes first.
Phoenix GCs and remodelers keep our number saved because we show up when scheduled, never block their crew, and always know which facility takes which material.
