About our garage cleanouts service

Our crews don't just throw everything in the truck. We sort as we go — keep pile, donate pile, haul pile — and walk you through anything questionable before it leaves. Usable tools and bikes go to Goodwill or local Phoenix nonprofits. Metal goes to scrap. Hazardous items (paint, motor oil, propane) get flagged so you can drop them at Maricopa County's free household-hazardous-waste site.
Most 2-car Valley garages take 2–4 hours and leave with 1/2 to 3/4 of our 20-yard trailer full. We sweep when we're done so you can pull your car back in the same day.

What affects the price
1-car: $249–$399. 2-car: $399–$649. 3-car or oversized: $599–$899.
Floor-to-ceiling packed garages take longer and fill more trailer space than half-full ones.
Workbenches, riding mowers, and engine blocks add a small specialty fee.
If you want us to separate keep/donate/haul, we build the extra time into the flat price.
